How it works
Ready in three taps.
Pair GoTracks once with the app already on your phone. That's the only setup it will ever need.
- Open the Find My app and make sure Bluetooth is on.
- Go to the Items tab, tap +, then choose Other Supported Item.
- Press the GoTracks button once, tap Connect and give it a name.
- Open Find Hub (install it from Google Play if needed) and turn on Bluetooth.
- Press the GoTracks button once, then tap Connect on the pop-up.
- Tap Open app. Your GoTracks is now on the map.

How do I pay?

Does it need charging or a SIM card?
No. GoTracks is fully wireless and runs for up to a year on one battery. There is no SIM card, no data package and no monthly fee.
Does it work with my phone?
Yes. It works with Apple Find My on iPhone and Google Find Hub on Android. Both apps come with your phone. Pair it with one of them at a time.
How does it find my things?
GoTracks connects securely to iPhones and Android phones nearby on the Find My or Find Hub network. Those phones report its location back to you, so you can see it on the map even when it is far away. It works best wherever people are around: schools, markets, offices, airports and city streets.
How do I set it up?
Press the GoTracks button once. Then open Find My on iPhone (tap +, then Other Supported Item) or Find Hub on Android, and tap Connect when GoTracks appears. You only pair it once.
Can I use it for my child, my pet or my car?
Yes. For children, clip it to their trousers or belt loop, or tuck it inside a tie, sweater or jacket pocket where it stays out of sight. Put it on your pet's collar or your keys, or keep it in the glovebox or under your bike seat. GoTracks shows you where they are on your phone, so you always know where to look.
Is it waterproof?
GoTracks is rated IP67, so it handles rain, splashes, dust and a quick drop in water.
